Coffee alone wasn’t the problem… but it also wasn’t the solution. We’re told to eat clean and work out more - but as life gets busier, that’s not always realistic. Mornings felt rushed and trying to do more just wasn't sustainable. The shift came from doing something differently.
Instead of overhauling everything, I added something simple to what I was already doing - my coffee. Just a few tasteless drops. No extra steps.
Over time, I noticed steady energy and fewer distractions between meals. Nothing extreme - just something that finally fit into real life. If your routine feels full already, you might not need more - just something that works with it.
